In the face of an unexpected and "not short" light cut like yesterday's, we realize the fragility of all the comforts to which we are used.
But what can you do during the hours that there is no electricity, technology, hyper connectivity, in your life?
The first and most important thing: Don't lose the heat.
I heard on the radio that they recommended taking the children to school so they wouldn't realize the situation, so they wouldn't create something like a traumatic situation.
Being unconnected for a few hours is NOT a traumatic situation.
Some have lived summers without light for lack of energy and it was an exciting, fun moment,... go out and play without light!
Our children, young people, children, must know that energy is NOT infinite. Which is fragile, which is not something we have as a spontaneous generation.
We have to teach them what to do in cases like yesterday's, without dramatizing, because, until not long ago, it was not so unusual that it happened, and we have all survived without trauma.
And now, take advantage of the situation:
Grab paper and boli. No waiting for the wifi to come back. Plan. Write new ideas for your business, improvements you know you have to do, products you could launch. The head is still working even if the screen is off. The younger, write about the day that is happening.
Do strategic review. Where are you going? Are your SaaS, your web, your app, your project... really aligned with what you want to build? Reflecting without distractions can give you more clarity than a thousand hours in front of the computer. The younger ones, what do you want to study, how do you see your future?
Update your vision. Sometimes it's not that we lack energy in the world, it's that we lack energy inside. Rewrite your why. Remember why you started and where you want to go.
Connect (from another way) . No internet? Think of a personal letter you'd write to them. Not a cold email. A real letter. What would you say to them to keep them believing in you? Then you turn it into a post, a newsletter, an advertising campaign, a publication in LinkedIn...
Learn something fast. Always have hand books or documents and books downloaded. Study while the others just complain about the blackout.
Strengthen your relationships. In the digital world, real energy remains human. Connect with the ones you have nearby. Talk, share,...
_. The light cut is a camouflaged opportunity. Rest. Go for a walk. Mind five minutes. Do sport.
You'll see there's life without the Internet. 🙂
ENGLISH:
In the face of an unexpected and «not short» power cut like today's, we realize the brotherhood of all the efforts to which we are seized.
But what can you do during the hours when there is no electricity, technology, hyper connectivity,... in your life?
First and foremost: KEEP THE CALM.
I heard on the radio that they recommended taking the children to school so that they would not notice the situation, so as not to create something like a traumatic situation for them.
Being offline for a few hours is NOT a traumatic situation.
Some of us have lived summers without electricity due to lack of energy and it was an exciting, fun time,... go out to play without light!
Our children, young people, children, must know that energy IS NOT infinite. That it is fragile, that it is not something that we have by spontaneous generation.
We have to teach them what to do in cases like yesterday's, without dramatizing them, because, until not long ago, it was not so unusual for it to happen, and we have all survived without trauma.
And now, take advantage of the situation:
Grab a pen and paper. No waiting for the Wi-Fi to return. Plan. Write down new ideas for your business, improvements you know you need to make, products you could launch. The head continues to work even if the screen is off. The younger ones, write about the day that is happening.
Do a strategic return w. Where are you going? Your SaaS, your website, your app, your project... are really aligned with what you want to build? Reflecting without distractions can give you more clarity than a thousand hours in front of the computer. The youngest, what do you want to study? How do you see your future? What would you like to do?
Update your vision. Sometimes it's not that there is a lack of energy in the world, it's that we lack energy inside. Rewrite your why. Remind yourself why you started and where you want to go.
Connect with your users. No Internet? Perfect. Think of a personal letter you would write to them. Not a cold email. A real letter. What would you say to them so that they continue to believe in you? Then you turn it into a post, a newsletter, an advertising campaign, a LinkedIn post...
Learn something fast. Always have books on hand or downloaded documents and books. Study while others only complain about the blackout.
Strengthen your relationships. In the digital world, the real energy is still human. Connect with those close to you. Talk, share,...
RECHARGE YOOUR MIND. The power cut is a camouflaged opportunity. Rest. Go for a walk. Meditate for five minutes. Do sports.
You will see how there is life without internet 🙂
