1. Subject matter

These conditions regulate the contracting of services offered through the website www.thenetpsychology.com, owned by The Net Psychology.

2. Services

NPT offers online services of psychology, cyberpsychology, digital welfare programs, workshops and training sessions.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euro (€) and include VAT. The prices can be updated at any time, and the current prices are valid when booking.

4. Purchase and payment process

The user selects the Service, complete the booking form and make the payment by means of safe gateway (Stripe, PayPal or transfer). When confirming the purchase, accept these conditions.

5. Cancellations and reimbursement policy

The sessions can be cancelled or reprogrammed with minimum 48 h in advance.
Cancellations after-term or non-attendance shall be considered meeting.
If NPT cancels the session, the user may choose a new date or full refund.

6. Right of withdrawal

According to art. 103 L of Law 3 / 2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized psychological care services once the provision is started.

7. Confidentiality and data protection

All services are governed by the Privacy policy. The information shared in session is strictly confidential.

8. Dispute resolution platform

INFORMATION CONSENTITION CLAUSULA (for therapeutic clients)

Before starting the therapeutic process, the customer states that he has been informed of:

The objective and limits of the psychological process.
The confidentiality of shared information.
The possibility of stopping therapy at any time.
The use of safe video-licking platforms (Google Meet, Zoom pro, Doxy.me or other equivalent).

The client gives his explicit consent when sending the booking form or starting the first session.
