What does it include?

• Initial personalized online nutrition session (50 minutes):

A first consultation to fully know your current needs, objectives and habits. This session will design an initial plan that is fully adapted to your health and welfare goals.

• 3 online nutrition monitoring sessions (50 minutes):

Regular meetings to adjust and adapt your plan over time, ensuring sustainable and effective results.

• 4 online psychotherapy sessions (50 min) to address this stage and manage the emotional changes that lead to.
• Custom plan: You will receive detailed and up-to-date nutrition and supplementation guidelines as well as emotional techniques, designed exclusively for you and adapted to your progress in each session. In the last session, we will give you a comprehensive nutrition plan for one year, which will consolidate everything you have worked and allow you to continue to apply the knowledge acquired autonomously and effectively.

Resolution of doubts and support between sessions to ensure that you implement recommendations with confidence and clarity.

Who will be in this place?

The sessions are conducted by members of the team of NPT therapists, trained under the unique methodology and cooperative work with each case with the team to ensure quality standards.

Conditions of recruitment:

• This accompaniment is personal and untransferable. It does not support product changes or returns.
• The accompaniment has a duration of 6 months since the purchase. From that moment on, you have 6 months to organize your appointments with your therapist and adapt the plan to you according to your needs.
